CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
COLLEGE STUDENT
"I thought I had to starve myself to be at my goal weight. After months of working together my whole mindset has changed. I understand I can still enjoy food, get stronger and workout around my schedule! I finally feel balanced."
RETIREE
"I had never exercised in my life. Before I retired, I felt too intimidated to start with a personal trainer, so I used my busy schedule as an excuse. After six months of working with Morgan, I can hold a plank for two minutes, no longer need my inhaler and actually look forward to our workout sessions!"
FITNESS CLASS MEMBER
"When COVID hit, I tried working out by myself at home, but had no motivation to do so. Then, I joined Morgan's virtual class and realized how much I missed exercise. The workout is fun, engaging and my muscles are a good kind of tired afterwards. I feel alive again!"
SPECIALIST OFFICER (MILITARY) & GIRL MOM
I’ve been strictly doing Morgan only workouts and running and peloton in between. I know it’s helped me get my strength back. I deadlifted 3 sets of 135, 3 sets of 160, 180, 10 reps with a hex bar then was able to max out with 250 deadlift tonight at PT. I couldn’t do that before when I did have knee ligaments. With no acl, and a triple torn meniscus. Fitness goes a long way even with this healing and trying to sustain fitness with injury. My PT asked who my trainer was and said what we are doing is def working.
